Golf at Sugarloaf

We came up to the mountains yesterday – mostly overcast, and lots of cloud cover on the mountain. We did not see a baby moose, but we did see a doe on our way to dinner (possibly the same one Catherine saw in May).

Lou cooked blueberry pancakes for breakfast today. They were delicious. Tom and I needed our energy, as we were playing golf today.

Tom and I set out for our 9:40 tee time and we had a good day on the golf course. Our shots were not always wonderful, but the golf course was in great shape and it wasn’t crowded. Some photos from our day follow – click for larger versions.

First Golf!

Had a beautiful day for my first round of golf yesterday. The weather and golf course were awesome. We won’t say how the golf was 😜. But it was fun.

I took some photos of the gals as we played, and someone did a sneak shot of me as well.

Social Life is Picking Up

Kathy and Stever are visiting for a few days and getting us out and about. Last night, we had dinner at Nautilus in Belfast – the sunset and dessert were highlights:

Today, Kathy, Steve and I played 18 holes of golf! I survived, so that was a miracle:

Tonight, Kathy and Steve are cooking dinner. Now that's the kind of house guests to get!

Mark and I played golf, and everybody else enjoyed the pool. Catherine took this photo of Natasha relaxing on the raft poolside:

I took this one with my iPhone as the sun was setting, and Mark wast attempting to Birdie his way around the Bear Trap on the Champion course (you’ll have to ask him if he was successful …)

A Sunny Day for Golf

Today, 3/4 of the “H” Family played golf, accompanied by one older lady. Olivia and Papa Lou went to the Turtle Hospital in Jupiter, and Natasha stayed home to check on Grandma.
