Looking Closer at Flowers

Spent some time with the real camera today – this is just a first pass to see about getting some better shots of our gorgeous flowers. It is still too hot to spend a lot of time outside. Don’t forget to click a photo to see larger images.

    • Hi Laurie – Lou says the answer is chemicals. He said we had lots of aphids earlier, but he and the landscape crew have sprayed and used a systemic.

      • I guess that’s the only reliable way. I eventually gave up on roses because the natural way (basically wiping each leaf with soapy water and picking off the bugs) was too ridiculously time-wasting. It made me hate the roses instead of enjoying them.
