We have certainly been lucky this past week. A few surprises arrived:
Grandma sent Christmas early so we could enjoy our gifts in Maine:

Not to be outdone, Lou surprised me with flowers for our anniversary – 38 years today!
We are planning a quiet Thanksgiving tomorrow, and will return to Florida next week.
