Yummy! Add some of Loudie’s homemade vanilla ice cream and they’ll be perfect! (His butter pecan is too good to eat with anything or I would have suggested that.)
Just in case you are wondering —- those are not full 9″ standard pies !!!
I found some pyrex glass pie dishes that are only 4.9″ in diameter… so
personal apple pies… I took one over to neighbor, Donna, to try since
she is the resident baking expert. Leaves two for me and two for Sharon.
As of Monday am we are down to two pies…
