Lou and I made it home safely to Maine last night. Kathy and Steve, and the dogs all survived our absence. It was raining here last night, but was beautiful today. Unfortunately, recent wind and rains have done a number on the trees, so not sure how much fall color we will enjoy this year.
Here are some more pics from our Disney World trip. We had Fish & Chips at the Rose & Crown English Pub, and had a great table for the Illuminations fireworks show:
One of the things we did while at Disney World was take the Magic Behind the Steam Trains Tour. We got to the Magic Kingdom at 7am and were able to enter before everyone else for our tour. It was interesting, as we learned about the 4 Steam Engines that run in the Magic Kingdom, and a lot about the history of Walt Disney’s love for trains.

Lou was kind enough to trek to the Magic Kingdom with me today so I could meet up with my friend, Elsa. We had an appointment at 1:30pm, and she was very happy to see us.

We head back to West Palm tomorrow morning, then to Maine on Saturday.
